Food is available for pick-up only on Sunday evenings and Monday mornings only.  

Pick-up hours are from 5:30pm-7:00pm on Sunday and 6:30am-8:00am on Monday.

Our concept is a simple one, and that is to ensure you are eating enough food for you and your goals.  Many people do not realize that they are not eating enough, or are over-eating.  We tailor each of our portions to fit YOUR specific calories and macros for your goals.

To keep costs affordable our customers are served the same menu.  What changes are the portion sizes and/or snacks. Some of our customers will need to include supplemental protein, which we do not provide. 

We all have fitness goals, and there are a lot of different ways to reach those goals.  Some of us can’t live off only egg whites, chicken breasts, rice and spinach for weeks/months at a time.  Would we stick to our goals longer if we enjoyed what we ate?  You bet!  That is where Eating For Me can help you – that is if you like change and a variety in your diet!

As we have grown, we have received many requests for food prep from athletes that compete in various activities and need specific foods prepared a certain way.

Includes pre-packaged food per your specific caloric and macronutrient needs for 5 (five) days with 5 (five) meals a day.  Included are breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner.  Depending on your activity level and goals, some of our customers will need to include supplemental protein, which we do not provide.



HOW IT WORKS-trust the process!

We perform a body composition test (measurements) on you to find your current/actual BMI/BMR.  This helps us plan your food and macronutrient intake according to what your goals are – losing weight, bulking, etc.  You will use a free food tracker app to track your food.  We will set up calories and macros for you.  All you have to do is log your food.  Since we are making your food for the workweek, you know you will hit weekday goals daily!

  **** Every 4 weeks, new measurements will need to be taken to track your progress and adjust your caloric and macronutrient needs.  Measurements are done by Lance Hoffman at Fit Bodies 4 Life by appointment only.  Additional charges will apply****

I pick my food up, I eat, and am fully satisfied all day long.  I do not get cravings or am ever hungry.  Best thing is I eat all the time and have continued to lose weight!  Very satisfied!
